Who are we?
Polyclinic "Dr. Zora Profozić" was founded on September 30th 1999 as the first private laboratory for medical microbiology and parasitology in Croatia. To this day the specialist activity of this institution expanded and today it encompasses the fields of medical microbiology and parasitology, gynaecology, internal medicine, urology as well as occupational medicine. In 2012 Institution for Health Care "Profozić" was founded covering the field of occupational medicine and sports.
Alongside the director of the Polyclinic, Zora Profozić, MD, MSc, specialist of medical microbiology and parasitology, other doctors also work as full-time specialist in the Polyclinic "Dr. Zora Profozić" and Institution for Health Care "Profozić": Professor Velimir Profozić, MD, PhD, specialist of clinical pharmacology/specialist of internal medicine and associate professor at the Department of Internal Medicine, School of Medicine University of Zagreb; Branka Peraković Borovac, MD, specialist of occupational medicine, Damir Kovačević, MD, specialist of gynaecology and obstetrics; Tajana Geršić, MD, specialist of occupational medicine and Tomislav Meštrović, MD, PhD, specialist of medical microbiology and parasitology.

The main building of the Polyclinic is located in the district of Zagreb named Trnje, in Bosutska street 19. Institution for Health Care "Profozić", which encompasses Center for Occupational Health and Sports, is only a hundred meters away and situated in the Trnjanska street 59.
